Deux autres de leurs produits de cidre ont atteint un sommet de qualité incomparable: la Crème de pommes, Domaine Pinnacle et le Réserve 1859.

Crème de Pommes Domaine Pinnacle. Crème fraîche, cidre de glace et eau-de-vie de pommes. 15% d’alcool. Arômes de fruits et d’épices, onctueux en bouche et à la fois rafraichissant avec un goût gourmand de pommes et de crème qui vous accompagne dans une longue finale.

Excellent en toute circonstance, dans un petit gobelet en chocolat par exemple, avec le riz au lait, avec la crème glacée, sur un gâteau au chocolat. La Crème de Pommes Domaine Pinnacle est le cadeau idéal à faire et à se faire à la Noël.

Le Réserve 1859 Domaine Pinnacle. Un rappel historique et une référence à la maison de ferme construite en 1859 dans le domaine. Dans les premières années la maison aurait accueilli des esclaves qui fuyaient des États Unis vers la liberté et pendant la Prohibition elle aurait même été un repaire de contrebandiers d’alcool à cause de sa proximité avec le Vermont dont on voit les champs de ses fenêtres.

Robe vieil or et reflets ambrés. Des arômes complexes de croustade aux pommes, de cannelle, de biscuit sorti du four, de pain d’épices et de vanille.

En bouche, ample et généreux, avec une parfaite harmonie entre le sucre, l’acidité et l’alcool. Malgré sa puissance il est rond et caressant. Une finale remarquable et élégante, avec une touche d’amertume.

Servir frais entre 9 et 12 degrés. Excellent en digestif.
